HR for Non HR People


This workshop will assist participants to better understand the nuances of human resources in the modern world.  Participants will be able to gather strategies and ideas for the better delivery of human resource (HR) services within their own organisation's size and culture.  Activity and discussion will cover both the practical and theoretical elements of managing HR services in a variety of businesses, particularly for the small business sector.
