WHS Training for Staff



Work Health and Safety training is essential for everyone in the modern workplace environment. 

This program focuses on the importance of risk management and the other elements of the work health and safety systems. 

Training is a significant component of an organisation's safety management system and this program focuses on employee understanding of the WHS Act and their obligations.

All members of staff across all sections of the business within the Australian market place.



Topics covered include:

  • The elements of WHS Risk Management
  • Roles and responsibilities involving the duty of care
  • The big C's in safety
  • WHS legislation, including Codes of Practice
  • The functions of SafeWork Australia and NSW

Learning Outcomes

On completion, participants should be able to: 

  • Identify the relevant WHS legislation in the workplace
  • Describe how the day-to-day aspects of an organisation’s WHS activities can be managed within a system
  • Identify the issues to assist and improve the WHS Management System
  • Enhance and be involved with the organisation's WHS culture



A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the completion of the program.
