ASSERTIVE BEHAVIOUR AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION
This course is designed to give knowledge and practice in the skills of assertive behaviour specifically in conflict situations. Participants can experience and review their current assertive style through group and pair exercises, skills practice, discussion and group and individual feedback.

- Use communication skills that facilitate constructive responses to conflict in the workplace
