Manage HR Services

Overview

This course will enable participants to determine strategies for the delivery of human resource (HR) services, manage the delivery of HR services and evaluate HR service delivery. Activity and discussion will cover both the practical and theoretical elements of managing HR services.

 

Who this course is for

All levels of staff including managers, supervisors or administrators involved in providing HR service delivery or consultancy.

  • HR service delivery options including workplace relations, employment and training
  • Compliance of legal responsibilities in HR services
  • Business and strategic planning
  • Change management and the role of HR
  • HR consulting - internal and external

 

Learning Outcomes

On completion of this course, participants should be able to:

  • Describe strategic, business and HR service plans
  • Describe ways of identifying HR needs
  • Develop HR service delivery options and compliance
  • Implement HR services
  • Identify roles and responsibilities of HR service delivery

Award

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the completion of the course.
