Manage HR Information Systems (HRIS)

Overview

The course is designed to focus on a range of HR management matters through open discussion, lecture and practical workshops. The training and classroom interaction will enable participants to identify requirements and select, implement, monitor and evaluate HRIS in line with their own business and HR planning.

The course is aimed at any staff involved in identifying HR information requirements and systems as well as implementation and evaluation of the performance of the system.
