Manage Performance Management Processes

Overview

The course delivers the skills required to design, implement and oversee performance management processes. It also includes specific intervention associated with under-performance or misconduct and developing approaches to address skill and performance gaps.

Human Resource staff, managers, team leaders and others who are involved in the management of the performance of staff.

Learning Outcomes

On completion of this course, participants should be able to:

  • Analyse strategic and business plans aligned to performance management systems
  • Develop performance objectives, indicators, standards and codes of conduct for their staff
  • Design flexible Performance Manage Systems (PMS) covering different occupations
  • Gain support for the implementation of a Performance Management Systems (PMS)
  • Assist managers to handle poor performance
  • Recognise, acknowledge and reward excellent performance

Award

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the completion of the course.
