The effectiveness of managers, coordinators and team leaders is essential to the effective and efficient day-to-day running of the organisation and particularly to provide the support to ensure social goals are achieved. The workshop will provide information and tools to allow participants to identify and implement appropriate strategies for the management of individuals and teams.
