Managers play a prominent role in encouraging and supporting the development of an organisation. Promoting a learning environment in which work and learning are integrated is an important goal to be achieved.

Managers who are typically involved in organisations as coordinators, team managers/leaders, supervisors, forepersons, project or office managers.

- Developing skills to facilitate and promote learning opportunities
- Coaching, mentoring and giving feedback

- Assessment and recording of competency
Award
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the completion of the course. A Nationally Accredited Statement of Attainment will be issued to those who successfully complete the workplace based project as part of Certificate IV in Human Resources, Certificate IV Frontline Management, Certificate IV in OHS or Diploma of Management.
