This course will enable participants to determine strategies for delivery of HR services, manage the delivery of HR services and evaluate HR service delivery. Activity and discussion will cover both the practical and theoretical elements of managing HR services.

All levels of staff including managers, supervisors or administrators involved in providing HR service delivery or consultancy.

Award
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the completion of the course.
A Nationally Accredited Statement of Attainment will be issued to those who successfully complete the workplace based project as part of the Diploma of Human Resource Management.
