This course is designed to focus on a range of HR management matters through open discussion, lecture and practical workshops. The training and classroom interaction will enable participants to identify requirements and select, implement, monitor and evaluate HRIS in line with business plans.

Award
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the completion of the course.
A Nationally Accredited Statement of Attainment will be issued to those who successfully complete the workplace based project as part of the Diploma of Human Resource Management.
