The course will provide case studies, exercises and step-by-step methods for monthly performance discussions, yearly appraisals, performance counselling, resolving conflicts between staff, and generally supporting, supervising and negotiating changes with staff. The ability to review and discuss staff performance is a critical skill for managers and coordinators in community service organisations.
