This is a foundation course for persons wishing to persue competency in human resources and provides a sound basis for working across various human resources functional areas. This course covers the skills and knowledge required to gather and analyse complex information, and to assist in the effective implementation of a performance management system.

Award
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the completion of the course. A Nationally Accredited Statement of Attainment will be issued to those who successfully complete the workplace based project as part of Certificate IV in Human Resources.

On completion of this course participants should be able to:

- Apply knowledge of legal and compliance requirements
- Analyse the performance management systems
