WHS risk management training is essential for everyone, but in particular supervisors and managers. 

This course focuses on the importance of risk management and work health and safety of the modern workplace.  Risk management is a significant component of an organisation's safety management system, hence requiring training at all levels.

Learning Outcomes

On completion of this course participants should be able to: 

  • Identify the relevant WHS legislation in the workplace
  • Describe how the day-to-day aspects of an organisation’s WHS program can be managed within the WHS systems approach used by the organisation
  • Identify issues to improve the WHS Management System
  • Improve the WHS culture within the organisation
