This course will provide essential organising, planning and problem-solving skills for front-line supervisors. It will provide supervisors and team leaders with easy to use forms and documents for the day-to-day running of their team. Participants should be able to manage their own and other people's time better, make better decisions, solve problems and set and reach team goals more effectively.
