Train the Trainer Workshop



This workshop provides participants with the confidence, knowledge and skills to assist in preparing for workplace training requirements.  The workshop is "hands on" and gives the participants the opportunity to practice delivering a session on day two of the workshop.

  • Any staff member with responsibility for the trraining of staff including supervisors and team leaders
  • Those who provide structured training to others in their workplace as part of their job on a one-to-one or small group basis
  • People who have not previously been trainers and would like to develop skills to effectively deliver training sessions and present with confidence

Learning Outcomes

On completion, participants should be able to:

  • Organise and conduct instruction and demonstration
  • Review personal training performance and finalise documentation
  • Interpret the learning environment and delivery requirements
  • Prepare session plans and resources for training
  • Establish an environment for group learning
  • Deliver and facilitate training sessions
  • Review and evaluate effectiveness of delivery



A Certificate of Attendance will be issued at the completion of the workshop.
