Social media has become an entrenched part of modern society. As the number of social media forums increase, there are increasing opportunities for people to post comments about issues of interest and concern including workplace matters. While much of the commentary might be considered expressions of private opinion, some social media conduct is capable of having a connection with, and impact upon, employment particularly where uncivil or other inappropriate commentary causes offense within the workplace or could cause reputational damage.

There are measures available to employers to manage the  workplace risks associated with social media. Delivered by AFEI Legal, this webinar will address the areas of potential risk and the practicable measures that can be put in place to address those risks.
